Our friend Melia Marden's family home in the Hudson River Valley, perched high above the banks of the hudson, is one of the more beautiful, inspiring places we have visited. Her parents Brice and Helen are both artists, and the house is full of amazing art, and textiles, as well as a light that comes off the river and makes everything watery and magical.
