Many of our friends have made the move out of New York City to the wilds of Delaware County, building their homes and lives in the woods. We were super excited when Wilder Quarterly commissioned us to shoot Justus & Inez' restaurant Table on Ten in Bloomville, NY. We took the three and a half hour drive north from the buzz of Brooklyn and spent a few days cooking, eating and searching out local ingredients with them.
